Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 HSN searches per day with no credit card required. The Pro plan (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year) unlocks unlimited searches, unlimited saves, PDF exports, and 100 buyer contacts/month. The Business plan (₹999/month) adds unlimited Find Buyers access with no monthly cap.

ImpexQ's intelligence engine is trained on the official Indian Customs Tariff Schedule and DGFT trade data. Accuracy is high for standard products. For highly specialised or ambiguous goods, we always recommend verifying with a licensed customs broker before filing.

ITC-HS stands for Indian Trade Classification based on the Harmonised System. It's the 8-digit code used by Indian Customs, DGFT, and the GST council to classify every tradeable product. Correct classification determines your duty rate, GST rate, import/export policy, and eligibility for export incentives.

Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) is India's export incentive scheme that refunds embedded taxes paid at the production stage that are not otherwise recovered. It replaced MEIS. Rates vary by product and are notified by DGFT — ImpexQ fetches the current rate for any product you search.

India has signed Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Preferential Trade Agreements with 19+ countries including the UAE (CEPA), Australia (ECTA), UK, and ASEAN nations. Under an FTA, goods that meet the Rules of Origin criteria attract a reduced or zero import duty at the destination. ImpexQ checks whether your product-destination combination qualifies.

Yes. For exports from India, ImpexQ shows the export policy, RoDTEP rates, Duty Drawback percentages, required export licences, and top export markets with destination duty rates. The calculator supports both import landed cost and export CIF analysis.

Landed cost is the total cost of an imported product at your door — including the Ex-Works price, freight, insurance, customs duty (BCD), social welfare surcharge, and IGST. It's the real cost per unit that determines whether an import is viable.

Find Buyers is ImpexQ's importer directory — a database of verified companies worldwide that import Indian products like psyllium, spices, herbs, rice, and more. Free users can see company names and product categories. Pro users get direct email, phone, and address for up to 100 companies per month. Business users have unlimited access with no monthly cap.

Our buyer database is compiled from trade databases, business directories, and publicly available trade data. Each record includes company name, country, products sourced, and where available: contact person, email, phone, and address. Data completeness is shown on each card. We continuously expand coverage — new countries are added regularly.

Both plans include all trade tools (HSN search, calculator, RoDTEP, FTA checker). The key difference is Find Buyers access: Pro users unlock 100 verified contacts per calendar month, while Business users have unlimited access with no cap. Business also includes CSV export (coming soon) and priority support.
