Plan pricing: Pro ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year; Business ₹999/month (billed in INR). Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed by a certified payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST applies as required by Indian law.

The ImpexQ name, logo, platform design, and underlying trade intelligence systems are owned by ImpexQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your search queries and saved results remain yours. By submitting queries, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them in order to deliver the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpexQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including customs penalties, incorrect duty calculations, or missed trade opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹499 for free users.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or face outages. Pro users affected by extended outages (over 24 hours in a billing period) may request a prorated credit by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Account. Data is retained for up to 30 days after termination before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
